About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support sales and business growth activities in the Steel Construction / PEB industry. The role involves developing relationships with architects, consultants, and clients, generating business opportunities, managing enquiries, and supporting the overall sales process.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and key clients.

Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation activities.

Handle client enquiries and coordinate with internal teams for proposal and quotation submission.

Support sales meetings, client follow-ups, and business presentations.

Track sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Assist in expanding market reach and strengthening client networks.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in sales, client management, and business development.

Basic understanding of construction/PEB industry concepts.

Good coordination, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred from a reputed institution).
