Voltare Capability Index

A structured assessment framework that evaluates professional capability, competency, and role readiness with an official report and score valid for 3 years

About

VCI helps Voltare measure a candidate’s demonstrated capability through a formal assessment process conducted by its evaluation team. The outcome is issued as an official evaluation report with a final verdict that reflects the candidate’s performance during that assessment cycle.

WHY It MATTERS

VCI offers organizations a reliable reference point for talent evaluation and hiring decisions. While employers may consider the VCI report during recruitment, the final hiring decision remains entirely with the employer. The score is intended to represent a candidate’s capability at the time of evaluation, not a permanent qualification.

Validity and Re-evaluation

A VCI score remains valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Candidates who want to update or improve their assessment may apply for re-evaluation after a minimum waiting period of 60 calendar days from the previous assessment. Each re-application is treated as a new assessment cycle and is subject to the applicable fee at the time of re-application.
